During the mere informational use of our website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called “server log files”). If you object to Aiir Innovations accessing your personal information or would like to have your

your personal information.

In order to make visiting our website more attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your end device and allow your browser to be recognized the next time you visit (so-called persistent cookies). If cookies are set, they collect and process certain user information such as browser and location data as well as IP address values to an individual extent. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period of time, which may differ depending on the cookie. The duration of the respective cookie storage can be found in the overview of the cookie settings of your web browser.

Please note that you can set your browser in such a way that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can decide individually about their acceptance or can exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. Each browser differs in the way it manages cookie settings. This is described in the help menu of each browser, which explains how you can change your cookie settings.

Please note that if you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Personal data is collected when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). Which data is collected in the case of the use of a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request. This is the case when the circumstances indicate that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified and provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.

If you object to Aiir Innovations accessing your personal information or would like to have your
personal information removed before the 2 year time limit, you can request for early removal of
your personal information.

We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have
contracted. Aiir Innovations mainly operates in Europe and its servers are located in Europe. If
you give permission for us to store your personal information, please note that, depending on
your location, your information is sent to and stored in Europe.
What we do with your personally identifiable information
Personally identifiable information is information that can be used to identify you as an
individual, such as your name, company, email address and more.
We do not collect personally identifiable information without your permission. In the case that
you share your personally identifiable information with us, we may use this information to
contact you. We will store your information for a maximum of 2 (two) years and will not be sold
to a third party without your permission. Your personal information may be shared with partners,
subcontractors and third parties if this is relevant for our collaboration with your permission.

Aiir Innovations’ operations are located primarily in Europe. If you provide information to us, the
information will be transferred out of your region to Europe. By providing personal information to
us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described herein.
Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy as we deem necessary or appropriate due to
legal compliance requirements or changes in our business practices. If you have provided us
with an email address, we will endeavor to notify you, by email to that address, of any material
change to how we will use personally identifiable information.

This website uses the cookie consent tool Borlabs of the provider Mr. Benjamin A. Bornschein, Georg-Wilhelm-Str. 17, 21107 Hamburg (“Borlabs”), which sets two technically necessary cookies (“borlabsCookie” and “borlabsCookieUnblockContent”) to store your cookie preference. The aforementioned processing is carried on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing cookie preference management for website visitors.
The “borlabs cookie” does not process any personal data. The “borlabsCookie” cookie stores your chosen preference, which you selected when entering the website. The “borlabsCookieUnblockContent” cookie stores which (external) media/content you always want to have automatically unblocked. If you want to revoke these settings, simply delete the cookies in your browser. When you re-enter/reload the website, you will be asked for your cookie preference again.

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”), to analyze the use of websites.

When using Google Analytics 4, so-called “cookies” are used by default. Cookies are text files that are stored on your terminal device and enable an analysis of your use of a website. The information collected by cookies about your use of the website (including the IP address transmitted by your terminal device, shortened by the last digits, see below) is usually transmitted to a Google server and stored and processed there. This may also result in the transmission of information to the servers of Google LLC, which is based in the USA, and further processing of the information there.

When using Google Analytics 4, the IP address transmitted by your terminal device when you use the website is always collected and processed by default and automatically only in an anonymized manner, so that a direct personal reference of the collected information is excluded. This automatic anonymization is carried out by shortening the IP address transmitted by your terminal device by Google within member states of the European Union (EU) or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA) by the last digits.

On our behalf, Google uses this and other information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports about your website activities or your usage behavior and to provide us with other services related to your website and internet usage. In this context, the IP address transmitted and shortened by your terminal device within the scope of Google Analytics 4 will not be merged with other data from Google. The data collected in the context of the use of Google Analytics 4 will be retained for 2 months and then deleted.

Google Analytics 4 also enables the creation of statistics with statements about the age, gender and interests of website users on the basis of an evaluation of interest-based advertising and with the involvement of third-party information via a special function, the so-called “demographic characteristics”. This makes it possible to determine and distinguish user groups of the website for the purpose of targeting marketing measures. However, data collected via the “demographic characteristics” cannot be assigned to a specific person and thus not to you personally. This data collected via the “demographic characteristics” function is retained for two months and then deleted.

All processing described above, in particular the setting of Google Analytics cookies for the storage and reading of information on the terminal device used by you for the use of the website, will only take place if you have given us your express consent for this in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO. Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used during your use of the website. You can revoke your consent once given at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service via the “Cookie Consent Tool” provided on the website.

We have concluded a so-called order processing agreement with Google for our use of Google Analytics 4, by which Google is obliged to protect the data of our website users and not to pass it on to third parties.
To ensure compliance with the European level of data protection, even in the event of any transfer of data from the EU or EEA to the USA and possible further processing there, Google refers to the so-called standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, which we have contractually agreed with Google.
Further legal information on Google Analytics 4, including a copy of the aforementioned standard contractual clauses, can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=en and at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
