B. Contact and Lead Generation (Pipedrive)
When you submit a query or interest via our website forms, your data is processed through Pipedrive.
Source: Pipedrive forms embedded on our site.

Purpose: To respond to your inquiries and manage our business relationship.
Storage: Data is hosted within the European Union (EU) by Pipedrive.

C. Job Applications (Recruitee)
If you apply for a vacancy via our "Careers" section or links to our Recruitee page, you enter a separate environment dedicated to recruitment.
Data collected: CV/Resume, cover letter, contact details, and employment history.
Purpose: To evaluate your candidacy for open positions.
Processing: Your data is managed within the Recruitee platform.
Retention: Application data is stored for 180 days following the conclusion of the application process, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless you provide explicit consent for us to keep your profile in our talent pool for a longer period.
