Are you excited about how AI can change the way people work and curious about the hidden world of aviation maintenance? We are looking for a talented Computer Vision Engineer to help develop and improve upon AI features in production by bridging the engineering gap between state-of-the-art academic research and application in industry. Together you and the team will bring the best jet engine inspection experience to aviation maintenance professionals across the world.

The Job

You will be working closely with our AI and engineering team to bring about the best AI-assisted jet engine inspection experience and set the industry standard.

Your responsibility will be to further shape and execute the MLOps needed to further mature our product, including but not limited to dataset curation, designing, building and evaluating proof of concepts using the main CV frameworks (OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), developing new production-ready AI features, continuously monitoring of and improving upon AI features currently in production, etc. With space and freedom for your own ideas, you will help take our product to the next level.

Everyone in the team is collaborating closely and growing into all areas of the technology and domain, so you will pick up new skills and help others along the way. You will gain an understanding of how aviation maintenance works and what is needed for mechanics to effectively perform their jet engine inspections.

In short, your daily work will be to:

  • Help shape and continuously improve upon MLOps practices
